Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out and a return is needed.
- Returns must be postmarked within 5 DAYS of date received in order to be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment.
- Returns that are postmarked within 6 - 10 DAYS of date received are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- AFTER 10 DAYS, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: shoes, jewelry, intimates, and sale items.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- A completed Return Form MUST be mailed with all returns
- Product must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Product must be free of smoke, deodorant, perfume, and pet hair
- Product must have all tags attached
- Include a copy of the original packing slip in your return package
- When an item is returned, the original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Shipping charges incurred when making a return are the responsibility of the customer
- Please choose a shipping carrier for your return that provides a tracking number to ensure your returned item is delivered to us; we are not responsible for any returns lost in the mail

Damaged Item / Incorrect Order:
Before shipping an order we inspect all items for damages or defective areas and we check to make sure the order is complete. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect, please notify us via e-mail within 2 DAYS of receiving your order. In your e-mail, please include:
- A photo of the damaged/defective item
- Order number, and your first and last name
